Q1. I love your collection . Would like to buy 4 sarees ... Possible ??
A

We do not actually sell in retail on this site . The shipping charges are fixed and are designed to suit buyers taking a minimum of 36 items from the site. So it does not make sense for you to buy 4 sarees from us , Still if you want to buy ... please go ahead  
 
Q2. Do i need to buy 36 pieces of a single design ??
 A You can buy as low as 1 piece in a design. You can always combine sarees , salwar kameez's , purses etc to make the total of 36 products in your cart .
 
Q3. What are the payment modes ??
 A We accept only official Bank payments . 
 
Q4. Can't i use my credit card or Paypal to buy ??
 A This is not an e-com enabled site but basically an ESTIMATOR site for our regular resellers . We do not for the moment accept Paypal or credit cards
 
Q5. I am a wholeseller in my area . Can i buy more than 36 sarees ??
 A Yes you can always buy more than 36 sarees , Shipping charges get further optimised . 
 
Q6. Can I use the images on your site to use on my online store ??
A All images and content are protected content and may not be copied on your site without our consent.. We always do provide CD's and printed material Along with actual orders shipped
 
Q7. What is the shipping mode and shipping lead time ??
 A

We generally ship within 3 days of confirmed payments if no stitching is involved . We ship worldwide with online trackling facility ...  By default courier mode is used but can be worked upon on specific buyer requests
 
Q8. I am planning a visit to india , can i visit your store and do i get the same prices ??
 A Yes you are welcome to spend a day with us when you are in Surat , india and have a browse at all the items.
 
Q9. Are all items put on sale manufatcured by you ??
 A Many items are manufactured by us And the rest sourced from associates / relatives At guaranteed Factory prices and offered to you .
